Peterson Style Birdhouse

Our Peterson-style nest box is constructed with cedar a 2 1/4″ x 1 1/2″ entrance, and up-facing vent holes covered by an overhanging roof for shade and to prevent water from getting inside. Front pivoting door featuring a copper nail latch for easy cleanout with grab grooves to help chicks climb up to the exit. Tilted floor with a notch to allow waste to drain. The back has a keyhole cutout for hanging. The outer shell has 2 coats of 100% pure all natural tung oil to help with protection from the elements.
